[rabbitmq-discuss] Deploying new SSL certificates

Noticed that if you replace the certificate on a running RabbitMQ server it
picks it up immediately without a restart, but not the cacertfile, ie. not
the intermediate certificate. I guess this is a erlang bug/feature, but
maybe worth a note in the SSL documentation.
