[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ cluster doesn't restart as it should

Hey guys, 

First time posting here, so let me know if I'm doing this all wrong.  I'm having an issue with my RabbitMQ brokers, in a cluster, not being able to come back. I posted all details here, but I can copy it in if you want:

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this happens?
