[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ configuration backup

Hi All,
I want to take the backup of current RabbitMQ configuration and restore it in a new machine. I figured out that it can be done through management plugin, but for a reason I don't want to use it. Is there another way to achieve this apart from management plugin?
