[rabbitmq-discuss] Logging configuration changes

You can enable HTTP logging in the management plugin 
(http://www.rabbitmq.com/management.html#configuration); that will let 
you figure out what changes have been made via the HTTP API. But there's 
no general logging of object creation / deletion at the moment I'm afraid.
