[rabbitmq-discuss] Sent message to other Network Rabbit MQ

Hi ,

I know how to send message from one machine to another machine in same
network .
But how can i send message to rabbit MQ which is in different network.

i have consumer app in my machine . now i want to send message to Queue .
which is in different network .

how can i achieve this . i m u using  C# .NET .
Please provide me any suggestion .
