This clearly indicates that you still have Peter's Erlang repo 
configured, which, as I pointed out in my previous email you should not 
have. So please get rid of that, i.e. remove 
/etc/yum.repos.d/epel-erlang.repo.

Though I suspect that won't solve the problem, which is...

This looks similar to 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=908530#c9. I'm afraid I know 
too little about RHEL/EPEL to resolve that.

Perhaps one of the the other installation options for rabbit listed at 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-rpm.html would work? In particular the 
"Install the Erlang from VMware" option.
