Have you tried removing one or the other?

Looks like a possible consequence of the previous issue.

Your missive will probably get a better response in a forum dedicated to
yum or RPM. If you think there is a problem with the RabbitMQ or Erlang
packages then please get back to us, but it looks like your problems are
more general.
