[rabbitmq-discuss] ERLANG_HOME not set correctly.

The documentation says:

> Set ERLANG_HOME to where you actually put your Erlang installation,

Which part of this is not clear?

Also, to reiterate: installing on Windows manually is quite fiddly. 
Unless you have a good reason not to, I strongly recommend you use the 
Windows installer.
