[rabbitmq-discuss] ERLANG_HOME not set correctly.

Did you set ERLANG_HOME as documented at that page?

Alternatively, unless you have a good reason not to, you will find it 
easier to install using the Windows installer:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-windows.html
