Just to clarify, the output you provided previously, namely 'rabbitmqctl 
list_connections last_blocked_by last_blocked_age' indicates why/when 
connections were *last* blocked, not whether connections are *currently* 
blocked. The latter is represented by the 'state'.

It would also be helpful to know what version of RabbitMQ you are 
running. In particular note the following item from the 3.0.3 release 
notes: "25457 fix connection failure to start reading again in rare 
circumstances when coming out of flow control"; so please make sure you 
are running the most recent version.
