[rabbitmq-discuss] Support for Python 3.x in rabbitmq-codegen

I've made one very small change to the amqp_codegen.py in the
rabbitmq-codegen repository to support running it under python 3.x (after
running the 2to3 utility on it)

Would the RabbitMQ team be willing to accept this change?
