[rabbitmq-discuss] RABBITMQ C/C++ client

What's currently there in rabbitmq-c is a bit crude but will work (
https://github.com/alanxz/rabbitmq-c/issues/14;
https://github.com/alanxz/rabbitmq-c/tree/ssl), but do heed Alan's
comments! Unfortunately I've not had time to tidy it up further...
