[rabbitmq-discuss] Field Type 'A'

Thanks! A small item, but it ricocheted into the development we had been
doing in nodejs, forcing fixes.

We're now migrating our core code to python, partially due to problems
with node-amqp, and have started contributing to pika, e.g. we added
Consumer Cancel Notifications.
