[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ production ready in Windows

Hi - 

I was trying to install Erlang on Win 2003 server but for some reason I 
don't see the bin folder getting setup. However, it seems to be working 
fine on the 2008 box. Are you aware of any issues on 2003? Thx!
