[rabbitmq-discuss] Question about Federation...

I'm starting to investigate the Federation plugin and I'd like to setup an 
example.  I have two brokers running (on separate machines), both with the 
Federation plugin enabled.

My question is regarding the configuration file.  Does the configuration 
for the upstream-sets and connections reside in the configuration file on 
the broker with the federated exchange, the upstream exchange, or both?
