[rabbitmq-discuss] unable to create debug file

Hi

I am sure this is simple.

I am debugging in windows 7. I have set the RABBITMQ_CONSOLE_LOG to renew.

I don't see the debug file as described in the manual.

I have restarted services. Anything else I am missing?  thank you.
