Please download it from here:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/nightlies/plugins/rabbitmq_management-2.8.6.debug-badarith.ez

Then remove the existing rabbitmq_management-2.8.6.ez, put that in the 
same place, and restart RabbitMQ. When the next badarith error occurs 
there should be more info in the logs as to what's going on.
