[rabbitmq-discuss] pika 0.9.6 and Reconnection Strategies

Sorry, forgot to send the reply.  This example has a simple reconnection
handler that reconnects the consumer when it is disconnect, running through
all the setup steps again:

Each method has a docstring explaining what it is doing. As Matthias
pointed out, there is a pika list too, happy to discuss further there.
