[rabbitmq-discuss] Windows service recovery

I want it to start successfully and monitor the existing rabbitMQ process, exiting/failing means no watchdog for the "next real" rabbitMQ failure.

Well, the rabbit windows service script does check to see whether a node with the same name is already up and running. If this is the case, it exits/fails. I'm not really sure what 're-attach' would look like in practice - what would we expect erlsrv to do in this case exactly?
