In addition to the setup of the EPEL and fedorapeople repositories
documented within, you'll also want to make sure your RHEL system is
properly rhn_register'ed and updated.
With that taken care of, these instructions should let you install a more
up to date Erlang than the somewhat old R12B, along with its dependencies...
