[rabbitmq-discuss] Cannot bind to SSL port below 1024

Hi

Using the {ssl_listeners, [5671]} statement in the rabbitmq.config file I
would like to change the default SSL port 5671 to a port number below 1024.

But when doing so RabbitMQ refuses to start up.
Only when the SSL port number is higher than 1024 RabbitMQ will start up.

Is it somehow possible to bind the RabbitMQ SSL-listener to a port below
1204?
