[rabbitmq-discuss] Experimenting with release candidates: RabbitMQ 2.7.9

Hi Simon, I wouldn't say it's really relevant but I've tried it out on a
branch of this project
here<https://github.com/simoneb/Roger/tree/rabbitmq_2.7.9> and
it passes the suite of automated tests.
