[rabbitmq-discuss] After enabled rabbitmq_management plugin , RabbitMQ getting crashed .

Hi Ponmuthu. The management plugin requires at least Erlang R13B01 - see 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/which-erlang.html. Also, see 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-rpm.html for information on installing a 
more up-to-date Erlang on RHEL.
