OK, fixed that (not finding right boost) by clearing
out the build directory and re-running cmake.

Now I can't figure out the right incantation for
finding the rabbitqmc libraries.

What am I supposed to set Rabbitmqc_INCLUDE_DIR and
Rabbitmqc_LIBRARY to?

I've tried all sorts of different things, I can't get
cmake to find my compiled/installed version.
