No subject

the connections would be blocked preventing messages from being published. 
In order to modify the limit, we can modify the value inside 
rabbitmq.config file but I noticed that I don't have that file under 
/etc/rabbitmq, though it was mentioned that that file can be created 
manually, I don't really find any documentation that gives steps of setting 
up that file. Is there any other way to modify that configuration apart 
from modifying it inside the config file? Any help would be much 
appreciated. Thanks
