[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitMq how to create the server

I would like to create a simple producer consumer on an android application 
using rabbitmq and i don't know how.

Could you please help me? Do I have to download a server ? I am trying to 
read the pdf tutorial but the page is not displayed. Need some help.
