[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq.com seems down

I did a bit of tracerouting and testing here: http://www.site24x7.com/

looks like the problem is dependent on the upstream. traffic going
through att seems to work whereas traffic coming through noanet seems
to fail. interesting enough the monitoring location of zoho in NZ
seems to route through noanet (site fails) whereas my connection in
the office comes through att and the site works.
