[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmqadmin error

HI all,

did any one had this problem before ?
downloaded rabbitmqadmin  from http://myserver:55672/cli/rabbitmqadmin
to
/usr/local/bin/rabbitmqadmin and chmod 755 the file

[root at rabbitMq bin]# rabbitmqadmin --help
   File "/usr/local/bin/rabbitmqadmin", line 286
     except ConfigParserError as error:
                               ^

  My kernel, distro, and python ver are below
