[rabbitmq-discuss] Disallow clients without heartbeat

I would like all my clients to specify a heartbeat so the server will
disconnect them automatically if they become unresponsive. Is there any way
on the message broker to require that clients set a heartbeat, and disallow
connections from clients that don't?
