[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbitmq authentication failure

Problem with auth solved.

Now I need to give access to 'guest' user to queues. After connection i try 
to declare in/out queues and got error:

{{shutdown,{server_initiated_close,403,<<"ACCESS_REFUSED - access to queue 
'test_in_q' in vhost 'test_vhost' refused for user 'guest'">>}}
