[rabbitmq-discuss] plugins not loading.

Thanks for the hints. I checked /usr/local/etc/rc.d/rabbitmq for
anything unusual but nothing
was to be found. I did add the line:
ENABLED_PLUGINS_FILE="/etc/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins"
but this also failed with the same '0 plugins activated:'
