[rabbitmq-discuss] Issue Enabling Plugins on OS X 10.7

Hi,

Usually you just have to chmod the configuration folder so the rabbitmq process can write in that folder. 

So usually you don't need to "sudo" to run rabbit or any of the management commands. Just run those with the same user that started Rabbitmq.
