[rabbitmq-discuss] Issue Enabling Plugins on OS X 10.7

Are you using 2.2.0 or 2.7.1?

rabbitmq-plugins is not part of 2.2.0. With 2.2.0 you would need to 
download plugins manually from 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/releases/plugins/v2.2.0/. Or (much better) 
switch to 2.7.1.
