[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ and Erlang --enable-native-libs

FYI for any others that may be thinking of trying this, RabbitMQ will not
start up if you compile Erlang R15B with the --enable-native-libs option.
 It exits with the error:

The code server called the unloaded module `alarm_handler'
