[rabbitmq-discuss] [announce] New maintainer for the rabbitmq-c library

I just wanted to say thank you for taking this on. rabbitmq-c hasn't had 
the love it deserves for quite some time, and I am excited to see where 
you take it.

(And yes, everyone else, please get involved! ;-)
