[rabbitmq-discuss] What purpose do the default exchanges in a vhost serve?

Thanks Alvaro, that's what I'm observing. Last question: would you 
expect to get an 'ACCESS_REFUSED' error if you tried to declare an 
exchange with a name like 'amq.test'. I don't get an error, but I do if 
I try to declare a queue with a similar name.
