[rabbitmq-discuss] Increase Socket descriptors

I'm running on windows... Looks like changing the Erlang settings below solves the problem:-

SET ERL_MAX_PORTS=40240
SET ERL_MAX_ETS_TABLES=90240

Do you know what the recommended numbers should be?

It's an OS-imposed limit, so it depends on your OS. On Linux you would 
typically edit /etc/security/limits.conf - see "man limits.conf".
