[rabbitmq-discuss] upgrade from rabbitmq 2.7.1 to rabbitmq 2.8.1

may i ask if there is a way so as not to shutdown all nodes ,
plus i'd like to know if persistent rabbitmq files will be compatible with
new version or not "/var/lib/rabbitmq"
