I had a little difficulty understanding your question but I am
guessing that you are asking how to take a message in a rabbitmq queue
and publish it to a weblogic topic?
If that is the case, there is no out of the box way to do it, you will
have to bridge it yourself. Create a consumer to the rabbitmq queue
and publish it to the JMS topic on weblogic.
