Well, it's not consistently repeatable.  I've broken our integration cluster
a few times, but each time the behavior is subtly different.  Most of the
time it fails gracefully, but every once in awhile something goes bonk.

I'll try to get it into a bad state later today.  If I can manage that, I
can easily grant temporary remote access to anybody who needs it.
