[rabbitmq-discuss] upgrading message consumers

Hi Matthias,

Thank you for your suggestion!
So this means the upgrade functionality has to be in the message consumer 
program. This also means the consumer program has to know where to find its 
upgrade. I can see this work although I would prefer if I keep most of the 
upgrade functionality in my central upgrade/management tool/script.
