[rabbitmq-discuss] move to 2.6.1 on ubuntu 11

Hi,

rabbitmq 2.6.1 won't be available until ubuntu-p at least, but you can try it on 11.10 (oneiric) using my private ppa (https://launchpad.net/~lynxman/+archive/ppa)

Let me know how it works for you and if there's anything you'd like to be added to it ;)
