I'm sure you are getting all your messages eventually, but the 
statistics you're showing say that messages are backing up - at the 
moment you show, roughly 2000 messages per second were entering the 
queue and only 250 per second were being consumed - so messages will 
back up, and indeed they have.

So I'm not really sure what you're asking here.
