[rabbitmq-discuss] Viewing what applications are connected

Hi All,

At work the setup we've put in place is to create a new
username/password per application so that it's easy to see what apps
have what connections from the management console. Although this works
great it does have the slight management overhead of having to create
a username/password for each app.

Are there any other good ways of accomplishing the identification of
publishing and consuming applications other than this?
