[rabbitmq-discuss] Presence exchange updated

Hi all,

I've finally managed to find some time to incorporate fixes and
improvements, some from Marek and some of my own, to the presence-exchange,
https://github.com/tonyg/presence-exchange.

It now

   - compiles against and runs with the master branch of rabbitmq-server
   (thanks to Marek's fixes for the latest build system and exchange-plugin
   API)
   - supports separation of presence senders from presence listeners (again
   thanks to Marek)
   - supports sending an optional initial summary of bindings to
   newly-arriving presence listeners, controlled by an argument to Queue.Bind
