[rabbitmq-discuss] Ubuntu 11.10 does not shutdown

FYI, this is an ubuntu problem, not a rabbitMQ problem. I've had this
problem on our desktop and laptop after upgrading to 11.10. The issue
persists with and without rabbitMQ.
