Hi, thanks for the bug report. I'll try setting up a VM to replicate this.

Hmm, that bug seems is a bit garbled. Lots of different claims about
what might be going on and what versions of Ubuntu are affected. I'm not
sure how much I trust it. But I'll see if I can replicate it here. Sadly
I don't know much about upstart...
