[rabbitmq-discuss] Just performed an upgrade, rabbitmq not seeing plugins

Just to be clear, you downloaded the 2.6.1 plugins, right?

Do you mean that the startup_log shows "0 plugins activated", or 
something else?

If so, are the plugins readable by the rabbitmq user?
