That is correct; I receive no additional frames after two close frames
are sent.  I can confirm that frame processing is still happening
though, because I had to clean up an edge case where I published a
message after the channel close frame, and Rabbit sent a connection
close because of my error.

Regarding your interpretation of whether a channel close_ok should be
expected, I agree.

If only we could fix relativity, these damn "already on the wire" race
conditions would just go away.
