[rabbitmq-discuss] Message returned as unroutable even if consumer is listening

We are using both. QoS prefetch count is 100 and we do explicit acks.

But even if I restart our server and there is no load at all and the  
queue is empty, I'm still seeing this problem. Rabbitmqctl is showing  
messages_unacknowledged and messages_ready both to be zero.

I have no clue at all what could be wrong. Any hints?
